Northeast-10 Conference for superior athletic and academic achievement throughout the 2008-09 winter and spring sports seasons.

ALBANY – The College of Saint Rose baseball team had four of its members named to the Northeast-10 All-Conference team today as voted by the league’s head coaches. The four selections are the most for the Golden Knights since the 2005 club accomplished the same feat.

ALBANY – The College of Saint Rose closed out its 2009 campaign with a pair of losses to visiting Northeast-10 Conference rival Assumption College today at Bleecker Stadium. The visiting Greyhounds (30-17-1/20-9-1 NE-10) won the first game 5-4 by taking advantage of six Golden Knights errors and then took the second “non-league” contest 6-0.

WORCESTER, MA – The College of Saint Rose received a superlative pitching performance from senior right-hander Jeremiah St. Louis to take the opener 3-1, but host Assumption scored five runs in the sixth to capture the nightcap 8-2 in a Northeast-10 Conference doubleheader today.

ALBANY – The College of Saint Rose baseball team overcame a 9-1 deficit by plating 12 runs throughout the final three innings en route to a 13-11 non-conference victory against visiting Merrimack College at Bleecker Stadium this afternoon. The Warriors walked away with a 2-1 decision in a Northeast-10 Conference contest earlier on “Senior Day”.

NORTH ANDOVER, MA – The College of Saint Rose baseball team swept a Northeast-10 Conference doubleheader at Merrimack College this afternoon and in the process evened its record at 12-12 in league action. The Golden Knights (18-22/12-12 NE-10), who have now won four straight, took the opener 8-3 and scored in each of the first six innings of the nightcap to walk away with a 16-6 decision.
