SPRINGFIELD, MA – The College of Saint Rose women’s basketball team was held to a mere six field goals in the second half that contributed to its worst scoring output of the year in a 60-44 loss at American International College this afternoon. The Golden Knights (11-11/10-7 NE) furthermore shot a season-low 27.1 percent (16-for-59) from the floor, including a 2-for-15 effort from the arc.

ALBANY – The College of Saint Rose rallied from a 10 point, first half deficit and held Assumption without a field goal throughout all but 19 seconds of the game’s final 10 minutes en route to a 60-47 Northeast-10 Conference victory at the Daniel P. Nolan Gymnasium tonight. In the process, the Golden Knights (11-10/10-6 NE-10) avenged a 64-58 setback in their league opener at Assumption back on November 18.

ALBANY – The College of Saint Rose held visiting Stonehill to 37.3 percent (22-for-59) shooting from the floor and outrebounded the visiting Skyhawks (17-5/12-3 NE-10) by a 41-29 margin en route to 71-56 Northeast-10 Conference victory this afternoon at the Daniel P. Nolan Gymnasium. In the process, the Golden Knights (10-10/9-6 NE-10) ran their home record to 7-3 on the year and snapped the second place Skyhawks’ nine-game win streak on its annual “Think Pink and Coaches vs. Cancer Day.”
