Theresa Staulo represents The College of Saint Rose on the 2009 ESPN Magazine District I Academic All-America® Team that is administered by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
Staulo is listed among only 18 student-athletes, representing NCAA Division II and III institutions throughout New England, New York State and Southeastern Canada, who have been recognized for excellence in both academics and athletics. The psychology major carries a 3.94 overall grade point average (4.0 scale).
Staulo earned third-team accolades after finishing 10th in the Northeast-10 Conference with a team-leading 8.04 assists per-game for the Golden Knights (15-14/5-10 NE-10). Staulo furthermore played in 110 of the squads 111 sets this season and also averaged 0.96 digs and 0.51 blocks.
